Mike Pickett started Focused Financial Management Group in 2017. He most recently worked in an office of a large investment firm. He believes his previous six years at the firm were an ideal foundation for his work as a financial advisor.
Being raised by a severely disabled single-mom money was often tight, so at the age of 6, Mike started delivering the local paper to help make ends meet. Doing this helped him develop qualities like; a good work ethic, integrity, perseverance
Mike is a “recovering manufacturing engineer”. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and empathy are what his clients say they like most about Mike.
He is supported by his administrative team Nancy and Andrea. Their teamwork and professionalism help Mike build long-term relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Mike is a proud member of the Sandy Kiwanis.
He is happily married to his wife Andrea. Their family wouldn’t be complete without a four-legged companion, which currently includes “Yukon” a Miniature American Eskimo. Away from the office, he enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, riding motorcycles and spending time in Central Oregon.
